Abstract

This research aims to find out what kind of motives that the students have so the students make a decision to choose their destination to Malaysia and/or Singapore and their opinion whether their study excursion was satisfactory or not. The method of this report is qualitative descriptive method. The research techniques for collecting the data are questionnaire and interview. The writer found that the students have their own motives when they determine the destination of the study excursion and after they do the study excursion, the students could feel whether the study excursion is satisfactory or not. The conclusion of this final report are the students have their motives in doing study excursion such as motives for their personal needs, shopping and visiting tourism objects in Malaysia and/or Singapore and their behaviours can be shown from their motives because their motives is in line with their behaviours and the reflections of the two factors could not be distinguished. After experiencing study excursion, most of the students feel satisfied after doing the study excursion with the safety and accessibility of tourism, transportations and the accommodation and souvenirs in Malaysia and Singapore
