Abstract

This final report titled “The Level of Work Discipline and Attitude/Behavior of Employees on PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk. Tanjung Enim”. The purpose of this final report is to determine how big is the level of work discipline and attitude/behavior of employees on PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk. Tanjung Enim. The object of the analysis of this final report is PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk. at the working unit Administrative Employee Training. The analysis technique use is the qualitative technique using data both literature, reference books and quantitative methods of weighting the numbers of the scale Likert. The results showed the level of employees discipline based on the value of the index on average by 83%, while the value of the attitude/behavior of employees 82.25% it means of PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk. has been very good to regulation/order in attitude/behavior. But the item of attitudes/behavior employees in providing creative ideas for the willingness of companies have the lowest index value of all the items in the amount of 75%. To that end, the authors suggest to the company to continue to maintain and improve the discipline of employees, on item employees to give creative ideas for the progress of the company should the company to motivate employees to be motivated to give creative ideas for the betterment of the company
