Abstract

The title of this final report is The role of customer service in serving the pre-paid electricity connection at PT PLN (Persero) WS2JB Area Palembang. The purpose of this research is to understand the role of customer service at PT PLN (Persero) WS2JB Area Palembang. The data and information about the customer service in serving the pre-paid electricity connection at PT PLN (Persero) WS2JB Area Palembang by using interview. This final report used descriptive qualitative research methods. Based on the findings, there were some customer service activities which did not run well, such as evaluation and inquisition. Suggested for customer service staff should improving the evaluation program by make preparation, collect information, make assesment and decision, and improving inquisition activites by build a standart of measuring and comparing the implementation activity.
