The author chose BTPN Bank Brach Office Palembang as a place to record the data with the reason was the current banking world has its own attraction to be studied and understood, because Banks had an important role in the growth and development of the economy in the world, included in Indonesia. The author got knowledge about recruitment procedures, selection and implementation of staffing and obstacles to labor recruitment procedure case study in BTPN Bank Branch Office Palembang. As one of the obstacles in the recruitment of workers procedure such as the incompatibility Position of Work that given. The BTPN Bank Branch Office Palembang before giving tasks and jobs to workers who pass the selection should be based on the specifications of the job positions that have been described, namely the position of employees in accordance with the position of the job, the skill level and educational background of those employees. So that it can assist employees in completing tasks and responsibilities as well as the achievement of the company’s activities and objectives.
