Abstract
The title of this final report is “The Calculation of BEP (Break Even Point) Product of Kusen Pintu and Daun Jendela on Depot Al Qiswah Palembang. The purpose of this research is to know the exact BEP in unit and rupiah which has to be done by Depot Al Qiswah in attaining the minimum sales volume restrictions. Based on data that were collected by the author from the observation, research libraries and direct interviews that had been done, the author found some problems such as Depot Al Qiswah didn’t know the cost of good manufactured, the cost of good sold of each product, mark up pricing, and there was also the reduction of sales of Daun Jendela. After done the calculation results show that the cost of goods production and cost of goods sold for Kusen Pintu is Rp 223.903,-/unit, and production cost of goods and cost of goods sold for Daun Jendela is Rp 296.695,-/unit. The exact sale price and in accordance with the expected gains of 15% so that the selling price to Kusen Pintu is Rp 257.489,- and selling price of Daun Jendela is Rp 341.199,- BEP (Break Even Point) for the entire product is Rp-363.439.130,-. Based on those results, the author suggested to Depot Al Qiswah to do the calculation of cost of goods manufactured, cost of goods sold, mark up pricing and to use the break even point analysis, so that Depot Al Qiswah can determine minimum sales that has to do and maintain to gain the expected profit for the next year
