Abstract
This Final Report discussed the role of training to increase the performance of PT PLN (Persero) Area Lahat Rayon Prabu’s employees. The purpose of this final report was to know, understand and learn the importance of training on the performance of PT PLN (Persero) Area Lahat Rayon Prabu’s employees. The problem was how big the role of training on the performance of employees. The data were collected by interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The qualitative data were analyzed using the theories of literature, while the issue of training and the quantitative data were analyzed by using percentage formula. The result of data processing and analysis said that the training provided benefits for employees. The result of the questionnaires showed that 66,07% employees get benefit from a training program. The conclution that the training had an important role to increase the performance of employees. The recommendation suggested that the training program should be updated and ran continously because the training it was important to increase the knowledge and the performance of PT PLN (Persero) Area Lahat Rayon Prabu’s employees
