Abstract

Sand sieving machine design can help the process of sieving or separation as between sand, gravel and stones litter the sand mixed in the sand by using tools or auxiliary components namely U profile frame, 4 Hp petrol motor, pulley, belt, and reducer. Where the result of rotary motion (rotation) of the motor gasoline is forwarded to the transmission system by using a pulley connected by a belt (belt) which rotate reducer and then rotate the shaft that will play the part of sieving where the sieve conical aimed so that when the sand incorporated into the sieve which is down from the sand container (funnel) will slow down so that there is no buildup inside the sieve feared would damage the sieve nets. Time used for the machining of sieving the sand is 15.7 hours and the selling price of sand sieving machine isRp. 3,762,325, -. Finally invitation to the improvements and further improvement is expected sand sieving machine is more efficient and effective so that it can be used as a tool for the development process.
