Abstract
INFLUENCE OF RETURN ON ASSETS AND DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO AND NET PROFIT MARGIN TO THE STOCK PRICE (Study on Coal Mining Companies Listed at Indonesia Stock Exchnage). AkhmadYandri, 2016 (xiv + 53 pages) akyandri999@yahoo.com The purposeof this studytoidentify andanalyzewhether ReturnOn Asset(ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) andNetProfitMargin(NPM) simultaneously and partiallyeffect to thestock priceonthe coal mining companies listedat Indonesia Stock Exchange. Populationandsamplein this studyis the coal mining companies financialstatementslistedat Indonesia Stock Exchange in2011-2014. The data usedispanel data. The analysis techniqueusedis thedescriptivestatistic analysis, data qualitytests, andmultiple linear regression tests. Based onthe test results, it can be concludedthatReturnOn Asset(ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) andNetProfitMargin(NPM) simultaneouslyeffect positive and significant to stock price. PartiallyReturn OnAsset(ROA) effect positive and significant to stock price, Debt to Equity RatioandNetProfitMargin(NPM) does not effect positive and significant to stock price.Advice givenisthe management companyshould beable to manageassetsandequity heldbetter, as well asnet salesmust be balancedwithcost efficiency. For next researcher are expected todevelop the scope ofthe study and add variables of the study.
