Abstract
On thisfinal report discusses about emergency system at traffic lights via SMS. Emergency system is a vehicle that should pass quickly because of certain situation. For example, ambulances, fire trucks are on duty. This emergency system uses ATMega32 and ATMega8 as a commands controllerthat have been created. The first one, ATMega32 used as a controller of traffic light,the second one, ATMega32 usedas a controller of seven segments and ATMega8 used for SMS and led warningon this circuit use as a marker of led that there will be an emergency at the traffic lights. When SMS comes, command will go into microcontroller, so the command will be processed and produce a output that was created at the traffic lights. There are nine commandsthat have been made, to activate led warning, emergency systems and return traffic light to normal condition.
