Abstract
This report describes the application's use of inductive proximity sensors on the robot metal detector based on microcontroller 328. The workings of the robot is controlled with a wireless remote radio frequency of 315 Mhz previously on the robot metal detectors have been installed parts receiver signal coming out of the wireless remote. By bringing a series of metal detectors and modules transmitter radio communication frequency of 315 MHz so that when the metal detector detects the presence of metal, then automatically, the robot will send a signal through the module transmitter radio communication frequency of 315 Mhz to the receiver is equipped with LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) that of can remotely determine whether there is metal because metal detectors results will appear on the lCD. Robot metal detector on landmine-based microcontroller 328 requires two microcontroller which, one microcontroller is used to control the robot, proximity sensor and the sender (transmitter) rf 315 MHz while microcontroller both used for the reception (receiver) radio communication frequency and the output display on the LCD. The distance range of the inductive proximity sensor with series PRL30- 15DP2 with a metal object on this robot is 1.5 cm, the output is output when it detects metal 0 0 Volt and Ampere. Inductive proximity sensor with series PRL30- 15DP2 Sourcing is a type of sensor or proximity sensor is also called the PNP.
