Abstract

This final report entitled "The Design of Welding Tools for 3 Kg LPG Cylinder", aims to help rotate the 3 kg LPG cylinder at the time of grafting weight 3 kg LPG cylinder. Welding LPG cylinder body using a machine that has a working principle similar to that turning machine with a gripping and turning the LPG cylinders. Welding on the body of the gas cylinder is quite difficult and takes a long time if done manually and the results were not optimal. If using manual labor precision welding results will not take a long time, increase the cost of production, as well as difficult to weld a circular on the tube. Therefore, to make it easy to mass produce 3 kg LPG cylinders use weld tools 3 kg LPG cylinders is that the production process becomes easy to use and get a better quality.
