Abstract

Looking on the significant traffic growth, the traffic jam that is caused by broken road and can endanger the road use. For that, a good and transportation infrastructure is needed. Therefore, Jalan Simpang Periuk - Tugu Mulyo is made, with a planning that consider safety and comfort for the road user. As an alternative to solve the growth of road users, it is hoped the executionof this project can improve the economic and on Simpang Periuk – Tugu Mulyo and the surrounding areas and can decrease traffic jam, decrease accident, and raise the economy, education and can improved the living standards for the citizen, and raise the economy, education, and writers is doing a re-planning on how to plan a good geometric design, flexible pavement thickness, road class, and the calculation of the budget plan on Jalan Simpang Periuk – Tugu Mulyo. On planning of geometric design road, things that becomes references are horizontal alignment calculation, vertical alignment calculation, road class and determine with pavement to use. From the calculations, Jalan Simpang Periuk – Tugu Mulyo is a Class-II Collector road with speed plan of 60k m/hour, 2 lanes and 2 ways with road width pf 2 x 3,5 m and roadside width of 1,5 m. This road uses 7 curves. And the construction of this road is executed 119 days with total budget of Rp90.808.368.000,00 (Ninety Billion Eight Hundred Three Million Three Hundred Sixty Eighty Thousand Rupiah).
