Abstract
This research aims at developing booklet of Kampung Arab al-munawar to attract teenagers visitors. The purposes of writing this final report is to find out the steps in designing a booklet of Kampung Arab Al-Munawar to attract teenagers visitors. The methods of this research is Research and Development ( R&D ) by Sukmadinata (2005). This final report project modified and developed the research and development method into two steps i.e reseacrh and development. The problem formlulation of this research is “How to design a good and interesting tourism booklet to attract teenagers visitors”. The research instruments used two steps i.e first, research step consisted observations and interviews. Second, development steps consisted preliminary study, development of the product and testing. Based on the explanation, the writer made a design of booklet for people especially teenagers visitors to know more about Kampung Arab Al-Munawar. The conclusion and suggestion are that the booklet can be used as the promotion media to promote some things like Kampung Al-Munawar as the tourism destinations in Palembang. Then, the booklet also can give the knowledge to people especially teenagers about Kampung Arab Al-Munawar.
