Abstract
The Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang Allysa Ridhaya Putri 2014 (xiv + 54 pages) (allysa.rp@gmail.com) This study is a case study conducted in Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang. The objectif of this report is knowing the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Bank Sumsel Babel Palembang. On the principle of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in which there is the principle of tranparancy, accountability, responsibility, indenpendency, and fairness. These questionsare submitted in the questionnaire includes the principles of the Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Research population is all row person in Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang. Samples taking tech done by purposive sampling. The samples includes 35 person to ascertain the implementation of good corporate governance in Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang. The result of this report show that Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang implement the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is good enough. Keyword: Good Corporate Governance
