This research aims at designing storybook for children on folktale of putri berias. The purpose of writing this final report are to make the children know about the folktale, to know how to design storybook tells about the folktale and to know the content of the storybook about “Putri Berias” for children. The development research method developed by Sukmadinata is used in this research. The problem is how to design a story book for children on Folktale of Putri Berias that suitable for children. The research instrument use preliminary study, development of product, and testing. Based on the finding, the writer made a design that can attract the children to know more about the legend of Putri Berias. The conclusion and suggestion will be one of the storybook that can give the good impact for children started from the content and the design.
