Abstract

The title of this final repot is “The Influence of Compensation toward Employees Working Motivation at CV Anugerah Kencana Motor Palembang. Based on the title to the promblem formulate is how many the influence of compensation toward employess working motivation at CV Anugerah Kencana Motor Palembang? Writing of the final repot is also aimed to know how many the influence of compensation toward employess working motivation at CV Anugerah Kencana Motor Palembang. Research of method used in this reasearch is technique saturation sampling are 62 employees in CV Anugerah Kencana Motor Palembang and kinds of data are primary data and secondary data. Data more collected by quesionery, interview and research literature. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative by aplication software SPSS 11.5 for Windows with simple linear regression and the result, Y = 14,352 + 0,408X, it means that if the compensation (X) increased 1 (one) unit will be increasing employees working motivation (Y) is 0,408. Whereas constanta 14,352 it means that if there is no compensation (X) will be employees working motivation (Y) is 14,352. Concluding to magnitude of the influence of compensation toward employess working motivation at CV Anugerah Kencana Motor Palembang is 0,408 or 40,8% with significant is 7,782. Therefore, compensation is a powerful tool and very important role to increasing employees working motivation at CV Anugerah Kencana Motor Palembang Keywords: Compensation, Employees Working Motivation ix
