The purpose this final report is for knowing the financial performance of the company based on ratio of liquidity, leverage, activity and profitability of PT Intan Sengkunyit. The method used in the study are primary data, secondary data, interviews and research literature. The Analytical Technique used is time series analysis with the horizontal method. The results of this study found that the overall financial ratio analysis for PT Intan Sengkunyit are in a good condition but the activity and the profitability ratios are bad condition. This is shown from average collection period which is fluctuation for 101 days in 2007 to 26 days in 2008 and increased again for 102 days in 2009 so that companies condition is said to be in bad condition. Based on the ratio of profitability shows has increased in 2007-2008 and in 2008-2009 did not changes experience. Based on the result the writer suggested are the liquidity and the leverage ratios must be constant defend in good condition so that it can be said companies smooth meet their obligations, constand defend the confidence of the consumer so that the consumer well in paying debts to the company. While the profitability ratio should hold up against the sale, reducing the total cost of good sale and total operating costs and increase other revenues. Thus increasing the profit, gross profit, operating income and net income. Keywords: financial performance, liquidity, leverage, activity and profitability.
