The purpose of this final report and the title is the review of procedure for giving micro loans in PT Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam Pangkalan Balai is to find out how the procedure for granting micro loans in PT Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam Pangkalan Balai. Based on the results of data collect through interviews, credit procedures performed by PT Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam Pangkalan Balai, consists of several stages. These stages certainly help the company in giving credit loans to customers because these stages determine whether credit is accepted or rejected and the writer found obstacles in lending procedures to microenterprise, namely the limitation period in analyzing credit, resulting in credit assessment analysis conducted by Credit Officer to customers becomes less than optimal. Based on these problems, there are some solutions in order to minimize these obstacles, namely management of PT Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam Pangkalan Balai revisit the allotted time, and also the management of PT Bank DanamonSimpan Pinjam Pangkalan Balai doing some staff such as increasing the number of Accounts Officer and increase the number of Credit Officer at its DanamonSimpan Pinjam Pangkalan Balai.
