Abstract
The purpose of the Final Report is to know the cause of a working accident and the efforts that have been made in order to prevend it on PT Ratri Sempana South Sumatra with a Letkol Iskandar Street No. 451 E Palembang. The data were collected through interview, quesioner, library research. Finally, the writer knows that the accident was caused by condition of the existence of the danger of the workplace and the use of equipment which are not safe and adequate, as well as still having no employees working carefully, do not comply with the work safety, do not follow the standard procedures for safety, do not use the self-protection equipment and the weak condition of their employees. We recommend that companies should be more concerned on the safety of theirs employees by giving warning/danger signs at the places of work, give the sign/hazardous materials are available employment and setting up the infrastructure and means of work, in addition, the company should provide insight to employees to always be cautious in work, apply strict sanctions to employees who violate safety rules work, provide an understanding of standard safety procedures work, provides a means of self protection and comfort as well as giving more attention to employees who his condition weakened.
