Abstract

The purpose of this final report is to find out how the application of employees’ discipline and leadership efforts in improving employee discipline at PT Bersama Makmur Raharja Palembang. The writer collected the data by using questionnaire, questionnaire was gave to 24 employees as respondents. Based on the results of analysis data that has been processed by using percentage method showed employees discipline at PT Bersama makmur Raharja Palembang have not been implemented well. This can be seen from the indicators of purpose and ability, exemplary leadership, remuneration, supervision and assertiveness that get a low percentage score. And also the efforts at PT Bersama Makmur Raharja Palembang to apply employees’ discipline is not maximized, this can be seen from the application of sanctions that does not appropriate with company regulations. Therefore, the company should be able to adjust the goals and capabilities of the employees, awarding remuneration must be adjusted to employees, leaders must be improve the supervision of the implementation work of employees and the leader must be more assertive against to the employees who are not discipline and also must be apply sanctions which is appropriate with company regulations.
