The title research is Procedure Review of Performance Appraisal in PT AJ Manulife Indonesia Branch Palembang. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance appraisal procedure and integrity in PT AJ Manulife Indonesia branch Palembang. The authors analyzed the data based on the theory of qualitative descriptive analysis. The process of collecting data through observation and interviews of PT AJ Manulife Indonesia Branch Palembang. The result showed that the assessment had been carried out properly and in accordance with the periodic of time there in the company but have not yet applied assessment stages are evident in the assessment procedure. Manager in assessing using a form with a checklist method. Given the scale and form elements into the assessment, but the assessment exercise carried out for the standard has not yet been informed that occur in employees a sense of not fair and a sense of dissatisfaction with the job performance evaluation. PT AJ Manulife Indonesia Branch Palembang should using the rating scale method for assessment form to compare the work with factors that are considered important for the implementation fo the work. Before carrying out performance appraisal HRD should determine integrity and value standard in advance.
