Abstract

The purpose of this final report are to know some factor that influence consumers in class 3 High School in deciding to join the course in a Primagama Education Institution Kolonel H. Burlian Km. 5 Palembang, and to know the most dominant factor that influences consumers behaviour in deciding to choose course institution. The writer used SPSS 19.0 version in analyzing data in this final report. The results show that cultural factor, social factor, and self factor do not influence partially, but cultural factor, social factor, self factor and psychology factor influence simultaneously. Finally it can be concluded that social factor is the most dominant factor that influences consumers behavior in deciding course in a Primagama Education Institution Kolonel H. Brulian Km. 5 Palembang. For this, writer suggesting that institutions need to increase again socialization to people hold a seminar common dipusat boisterousness about education institutions primagama and explained the quality that were on educational institution primagama.Then improve the institution by means having teachers good quality the lesson level standard ujian national and selection together entrance of university every year give award for students who achievement on their respective school and often join the competition competition students to increase motivation learning students and student received learning indirectly via this program is activities and give pleasant experience to the students.
