The purpose of this report is to determine the area of production at the Pondok Coklat Shop Palembang. The author found a problem that is a combination of cake production is not optimal. The data obtained from observation and interview’s with the owners and workers in a Pondok Coklat Shop Palembang. The Data were analyzed using The Simplex Method. From the discussion, the authors concluded the combination of riel to the production of 18.250 for Kue Tart and Kue Brownis 23.725 pieces with a total profit of Rp 1.130.886.654 different combinations of The Simplex Method that 30.575,80 for Kue Tart and 0 (no production) for Kue Brownis with a total profit of Rp 1.368.503.095,17. The author found that the profit gained by the combination of production rill not optimal. The suggestion for the Pondok Coklat Shop Palembang plan production policy that is how many volume must be produced by using a Linear Programming analysis using The Simplex Method for the maximum profit of companies.
