Abstract

PenelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuidanmenganalisapengaruhCurrent Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover terhadap Return On Assets Pada Perusahaan PropertydanReal EstateDi Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2018. Data diperolehdariAnnual Report yang diterbitkan di website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakanadalah data panel. Jumlahpopulasipenelitianadalah 65 perusahaandanjumlahsampelsebanyak 28 perusahaan, pemilihansampeldigunakandenganpurposive sampling. HasilpenelitianinimenunjukkanbahwasecaraparsialvariabelCurrent Ratio, Quick Ratio, dan Total Assets Turnover berpengaruhpositifdansignifikanterhadapReturn on Assets, sedangkanDebt to Equity Ratio tidakadapengaruhdantidaksignifikanterhadapReturn on Assets. Secarasimultan, variabelCurrent Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio,dan Total Assets Turnover terhadapReturn on Assets berpengaruhpositifdansignifikanterhadapReturn on Assets. BerdasarkanhasilperhitunganUjiKoefisienDeterminasidiketahuibahwanilai R Squareadalahsebesar 0,732 atau 73,2% menunjukkanbahwa 73,2% Return on Assets dapatdijelaskanolehCurrent Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, danTotal Assets Turnover sedangkansisanya 26,8% dijelaskanolehvariabel lain yang tidakdianalisisdalampenelitianini.
