Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran berbasis Shopee yang harus diterapkan pada Toko Ilham Songket. Strategi pemasaran berperan penting di suatu bisnis agar tetap hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis hasil wawancara mendalam untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan pada Toko Iham Songket. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan pengamatan, dokumentasi serta beberapa riset kepustakaan yang berhubungan dengan strategi pemasaran. Peneliti melakukan analisis elemen strategi pemasaran yang berbasis Shopee serta fitur-fitur penjualan dalam aplikasi Shopee. Hasil penelitian analisis Toko Ilham Songket Palembang sudah menerapkan elemen-elemen tersebut. Namun strategi pemasaran pada Toko Ilham Songket masih memiliki satu elemen yang belum efektif yaitu elemen komunikasi pemasaran. Sebaiknya Toko Ilham Songket menggunakan fitur berbayar iklan untuk mempromosikan produk songket di media sosial dan lebih banyak mengikuti pameran kain songket, serta memaksimalkan strategi pemasaran berbasis Shopee dan menggunakan fitur penjualan Shopee yang ada.
