Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Reel Seven Organizer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Untuk memperoleh data primer peneliti melakukan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Selain itu, peneliti juga melakukan dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan untuk data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Reel Seven Organizer sebanyak 60 pelanggan diambil dari jumlah data pelanggan akhir dari tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2022. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan jenis metode sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari uji t, komunikasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 4.970>1.672 dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 7.101>1.672. Hasil uji F, komunikasi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 195.946>3.16. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 87.3% sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini sebesar 12.7%. Komunikasi dan kualitas pelayanan ditingkatkan secara bersamaan maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang diberikan kepada Reel Seven Organizer.
