Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Efektivitas Pelayanan Pembuatan Paspor Melalui Aplikasi M-Paspor Di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Palembang”. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa hubungan yang terjadi antara variabel X (Persepsi Kemudahan Pemakaian dan Persepsi Kemanfaatan) dengan variabel Y (Persepsi Minat Perilaku) berpengaruh positif signifikan. Berdasarkan analisa menggunakan SPSS hasil dari persepsi kemudahan pemakaian terhadap minat perilaku sebesar 0,293 sedangkan persepsi terhadap kemanfaatan terhadap minat perilaku sebesar 0,442.
