Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Analisis Preferensi Mahasiswa Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis terhadap Keputusan Pemakaian Jasa Transportasi LRT Sumatera Selatan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi mahasiswa jurusan Administrasi Bisnis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi yang diambil pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa jurusan Administrasi Bisnis yang pernah menggunakan jasa transportasi LRT Sumatera Selatan dan sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder dimana data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 26.0, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui pihak Balai Pengelola Kereta Api Ringan Sumatera Selatan. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis Regresi Linier Berganda yang digunakan untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh atribut yang membentuk preferensi dimana atribut tersebut antara lain Harga, Kemudahan, dan Tingkat Kenyamanan. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Preferensi Konsumen terhadap keputusan pemakaian jasa transportasi LRT Sumatera Selatan dengan hasil nilai sebesar 3,447. Sedangkan variabel Harga dan Tingkat Kenyamanan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Preferensi Konsumen terhadap keputusan pemakaian jasa transportasi LRT Sumatera Selatan dengan hasil nilai masing-masing sebesar 1,798 dan 0,415.
