Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, citra merek dan motivasi anggota terhadap kepuasan anggota Koperasi Sentosa Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota Koperasi Sentosa Palembang yang berjumlah 1.450 anggota dengan sampel sebanyak 94 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada 94 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 22 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) variabel kepercayaan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan anggota dengan nilai thitung 2.095 > ttabel 1.986 dan nilai signifikan 0.039 < 0.005, (2) variabel citra merek secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan anggota dengan nilai thitung 1.860 < ttabel 1.986 dan nilai signifikan 0.066 > 0.00, (3) variabel motivasi anggota secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan anggota dengan nilai thitung 3.931> ttabel 1.986 dan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.005 dan (4) kepercayaan, citra merek dan motivasi anggota berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan anggota Koperasi Sentosa Palembang dengan nilai Fhitung 45.841 > Ftabel 2.71.
