Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan implementasi sistem matrix berbasis web mobile untuk mendukung proses pengajuan kredit di PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah proses kelayakan pemberian kredit mobil dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode AHP digunakan untuk menganalisis berbagai kriteria dan subkriteria yang relevan dalam menilai kelayakan kredit mobil dengan pemodelan sistem yang dirancang menggunakan perancangan terstruktur yang meliputi, diagram konteks, data flow diagram, flowchart dan entity relationship diagram. Sistem ini dibangun berbasis website mobile dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySQL. Sistem ini memiliki hak akses dari berbagai tipe user/pengguna. Terdapat 3 (tiga) tipe User pengguna yang dapat mengakses aplikasi ini, diantaranya Admin, pegawai kantor PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia, dan Pimpinan.
