Abstract

Tujuan dari penyusun laporan akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi Sitem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai PT. Bukit Asam Medika Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MYSQL sebagai databasenya. Penilaian kinerja pegawai merupakan aspek penting dalam mengukur kontribusi individu terhadap kesuksesan perusahaan. Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif, perusahaan membutuhkan pendekatan yang efektif untuk mengelola penilaian kinerja pegawai guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam penilaian kinerja pegawai di PT. Bukit Asam Medika
