Abstract
Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk membangun Aplikasi Manajemen Dashboard Visualisasi Kinerja Pegawai Kepesertaan Menggunakan Metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) Berbasis Web Mobile di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Penerapan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) diusulkan ini dirancang yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan dalam menentukan urutan untuk mencari prioritas dari berbagai alternatif. Dalam aplikasi dimana dengan menginput nilai perbandingan seperti kriteria dengan kriteria dan alternatif dengan alternatif yang berdasarkan masing masing kriteria. Proses dimulai dengan menerapkan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) pada penilaian kinerja pegawai bidang kepesertaan. Hasilnya pengelompokkan perbandingan berdasarkan kriteria dan alternatif ,sistem menghasilkan rangking antar pegawai. Integrasi metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dan aplikasi diharapkan meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi penilaian kinerja pegawai bidang kepesertaan. Aplikasi ini mempermudah kepegawaian dan atasan dalam melihat dan memahami penilaian kinerja pegawai bidang kepesertaan dalam bentuk visual.
