Abstract

Laporan akhir ini membahas analisis penerapan metode perhitungan dan forecasting dalam penyusunan anggaran penjualan pada CV Anugra Mandiri. Penulis melakukan teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara dengan pemilik perusahaan. Dari data yang diperoleh penulis menemukan permasalahan yang ada pada CV Anugra Mandiri, yaitu belum adanya metode perhitungan anggaran penjualan, belum tersedianya perhitungan forecasting dan belum tersedianya SKF. Teknik penaksiran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode least square, metode moment dan metode kuadrat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode yang efektif untuk diterapkan perusahaan dalam penyusunan anggaran penjualan yaitu menggunakan metode kuadrat.
