Abstract
This final report title is the “Review of Employee Recruitment Procedure at PT Bintang Selatan Agung Palembang”. This company is a construction and machines rental service provider, located in Jl. Soekarno Hatta No. 1 RT 006/09 Ilir Barat I, Palembang 30138. The purpose of this research is to determine the procedure of employee recruitment, selection and placement. The data were collected by using interview method. The selected object is the General Human Resource and Administration Department. The data were analyzed by using qualitative method. The result show that the procedure of employee recruitment in this company has not appropriate to the job specifications standard. That job specification need to be implemented better in order to get qualified person that match to the company needs.
