The title of this final report is Analysis Of The Factors Entrepreneurship In Developing Businesses At Susan Cake and Bakery Palembang. The purpose of this research is to obtain a clear description of internal and external factors that determine the success of entrepreneuers in developing business. The results from this study it was found that the owner of Susan Cake and Bakery Palembang in developing her business is ruled by internal factors such as strong motivation for entrepreneurship, the experience and knowledge in entrepreneurship that obtained from others, also as well as the personality self always optimistic, honesty, energetic, strong determination and to be responsibility. Beside that, in developing her business the owner of Susan Cake and Bakery Palembang also affected by external factors that encouragement family and the environment in which to work which are made comfortable as possible because working comfort is paramount in entrepreneurship. Based on the conclusions, it is suggested to the owner of Susan Cake and Bakery Palembang in order to increase sales to be more developed should be further deepen the knowledge about entrepreneurship and not only learning from the experience alone
