Abstract

The purpose of this final report is to knows the assesment of consumer attitudes in intention selecting of logistic services at PT POS Indonesia branch Merdeka Palembang. In doing this final report, the writer assested 7 indicators related to attitudes assesment of intension selecting, they are product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. Data were collected through questionaires that were given to 93 respndents who used logistics service at PT POS Indonesia branch Merdeka Palembang. The writer used descriptive method and analyzed by using quantitative analysis. The sample is taken by using Non-probability sample with purposive sampling type. The writer also used Likert scale to measure the percentage of consumer attitudes in intention selecting of logistics services. It is calculated by using interpretation score formula. The result show the score is 73.96%, it means there is a positive attitudes of consumers who using logistics services at PT POS Indonesia branch Merdeka Palembang in intention selecting of logistics services.
