Abstract
The title of this Final Report is the Rational Motive Analysis on Huawei Smartphone Product Purchasing Decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine whether a rational motive had influence to consumer purchasing decisions of Huawei smartphone and to find out which the most influential of rational motive on purchasing decisions smartphones Huawei. On this study, the writer discussed the rational motive: price and quality. The data were obtained through questionnaire and interviews. Respondents in this study were fifty four respondents. The writer analyzed the data obtained with regression and correlation analysis to process the data from the questionnaire distibuted to the respondents. Based on regression analysis, the authors got the result that suggested prices and quality had an influence on consumer purchasing decisions on Huawei smartphone. Besides, based on the analysis of the correlation that writer used, it was obtained a result that the price variable is the most dominant variable to affect consumers in the purchase of smartphone Huawei. The results of this study indicated that the price setting of the company PT Huawei Tech Investment had been in accordance with the quality and the benefits perceived by consumers. However, the company should further improve the quality of smartphones, especially on the smartphone product durability. It could create the loyalty of customer on Huawei smartphone
