Abstract

The purpose of this final report is to find out how the internal public relations activities on the PT Sebangun Bumi Andalas Wood Industries Palembang to for creating a harmonious relationship between employess has been running well or not. Collected data by means of questionnaire and interviews. The analysis data by using qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results show the internal public relations activites have not been optimal. Finally, to help the public relations for disseminating informations to employeses by establishing the harmonious communication between employees and the organizations leadership. The researcher suggest, a harmonious communication between employees and leader it should be built by creating on honest communication, instilling an open attitude and improve the media communication can be implemented to make all stay on right away.
