Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas dan harga terhadap keputusan menginap di The Arista Hotel Palembang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 90 orang responden yang menginap di The Arista Hotel Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 25. Adapun pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap di The Arista Hotel Palembang. Sedangkan harga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap di The Arista Hotel Palembang. Secara simultan fasilitas dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap di The Arista Hotel Palembang. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah pihak The Arista Hotel Palembang dapat lebih sering mengadakan promosi potongan harga atau discount di hari-hari tertentu, seperti hari raya, tahun baru dan kegiatan lainnya.
