Abstract

Analisis persepsi pengguna kartu berlangganan pada trasnportasi umum LRT Sumatera Selatan, bertujuan untuk mengetahu persepsi manfaat persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi kemanan pada pengguna kartu berlangganan, yang bersumber data dari pengguna kartu berlangganan LRT Sumatera Selatan, Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pengguna kartu berlangganan, populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 5000 kartu berlangganan, sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan perhitungan rumus slovin yang memiliki sampel sebanyak 98 responden, analisis data yang menggunakan rumus interpretasi skor, laporan ini memiliki kesimpulan bahwa dari ketiga persepsi tersebut yang memiliki hasil tertinggi dalam perhitungan menggunakan rumus interpretasi skor adalah persepsi manfaat dengan hasil 89% dengan kategori sangat tinggi.
