Abstract
Masyarakat kota Palembang sangat membutuhkan informasi tentang pelayanan kesehatan secara online. Karena di klinik dan rumah sakit masih banyak yang belum membuat sistem secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun aplikasi pada Klinik dan Apotek Sahabat Mandiri Jakabaring untuk membantu pasien dan dokter dalam registrasi dan rekamedis online. Pembangunan aplikasi ini dilakukan dengan pengkodingan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP sebagai bahasa utama, dan CSS sebagai penyedia interaksi dari objek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multilevel Queue sebagai metode pemecahan masalah dan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) sebagai pengembangan sistem. Dimana metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) terdiri dari pemodelan bisnis, pemodelan data, pemodelan proses, pembentukan aplikasi, dan pengujian.. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem aplikasi e-Klinik pada Klinik dan Apotik Sahabat Mandiri Jakabaring berbasis website mobile.
