Abstract
Flies Malang merupakan perusahaan fashion dibawah tanggung jawab PT. Aditya Mandiri Sejahtera yang menjual beberapa produk fashion seperti pakaian, tas, sepatu, dan lainnya. Dalam menentukan peningkatan penjualan di Flies Malang, data yang diolah masih menggunakan microsoft excel, dan informasi yang dihasilkan berupa laporan transaksi yang selanjutnya dikirimkan melalui e-mail kepada manager dalam bentuk file excel sebagai tolak ukur manager dalam menentukan apakah adanya peningkatan penjualan. Namun perusahaan menilai proses tersebut belum efektif karena belum tersistem dengan baik dan tidak semua orang bisa melihatnya. Hal ini membuat penulis ingin membuat Aplikasi Analisis Penjualan dalam Upaya Evaluasi Kinerja Perusahaan Menggunakan Metode Exponential Smoothing Sebagai Penentu Target Penjualan pada Flies Malang dalam upaya evaluasi kinerja perusahaan sebagi penentu target penjualan dimana informasinya dapat dilihat oleh pegawai dan data tersebut dapat diolah oleh supervisor maupun manager.
