In carrying out work activities cannot be separated from a variety of problems, one of which is the discipline of employees.Without good discipline, it is difficult for companies to achieve optimal results. In the implementation of the work discipline of employees at PT Jasaraharja Putera Cabang Palembang is still a lot of employees who have not been disciplined in work such as coming late to the office and do not come to work without giving details. The purpose of this study was to determine what efforts have been made by PT Jasaraharja Putera Cabang Palembang in improving employee discipline. The samples used were all employees of PT Jasaraharja Putera Cabang Palembang as many as 12 respondents.The analysis technique used consisted of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis using data processing in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of the questionnaire data processing is known that the percentage of employees who arrive at work on time is not as much as 58,33% and the percentage of employees who are absent from work without explanation as much as 41,70%. He conclusion is still the number of employees who have not been disciplined in work and lack of traction on the lead in imposing sanctions/penalties to employees who violate.
