Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the public relations media used by PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Palembang 30000 in order to publish financial services Pos Payment. The techniques to collect the data are through interviews and field research. Results of this study showed that the PR PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Palembang 30000 using public relations media such as print media, outdoor media, the Internet media, public relations and personal PR media to publicize the Pos Payment Service to the public but still do not use the whole media public relations to publish services Pospay , To optimizetheused of public relations media, we need to added more media. The Efforts to optimize the used of public relations media such as outdoor media are using leaflets and stickers, electronic media such as local television Palembang, and personal media PR. Based on these conclusions we’re expected that PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) 30000 Palembang in further can used it to optimize the use of media public relations to publish financial services Post Payment to the public.
