Abstract

The purpose of this final report is to review of the implementation of training and education at Training and Education Center of South Sumatera Province. As an object of this research are the organizer and the participants of the leadership training grade III period 5 May until 13 August 2015 in the Education and Training Center of South Sumatra Province. The research methods writer use are qualitative research method and quantitative research method. To account the questionnaire writer use the percentage formula and the criteria of interpretation scores. Finally, writer get three conclusion of this final report. The first, for the analysis of training needs 66.67% (very high) from the organizer of the training and 60% (high) of training participants say that the purpose of the training is as a leadership competency requirements of the government apparatus according the level to improve the quality, competence and skills. The second, the planning of training get the lowest percentage 50% (medium) from all of training participants say that the learning strategies and the preparation of materials (curriculum) is less to make motivation, feedback and the participants have interest in learning. The third, for the implementation of the training get the percentage 50% - 68% (medium-high) from the training participants say that the suitability of the method and the training needs and also the competence of instructor is less, and then the facilities and the infrastructure is limited and the condition is less too. Writer give the suggestion, need more coordination from internal and eksternal to make the training more better with the more quality of the complete insfrastructure too.
