The title of this final report is the effectiveness used of instagram as a Media Campaign on Annisa Wedding Organizer Palembang. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effectiveness used of instagram as a media campaign on Annisa Wedding Organizer. This research was conducted at Annisa Wedding Organizer which located in OPI Resident Block Anggrek AA No. 12 Jakabaring Palembang. The result from this study less optimal promotional activities have been performed because the consumers of Annisa Wedding Organizer have decreased. It happens because of the increasing number of business competitors who engaged in services Wedding Organizer especially with the advancement of technology today. There are a lot of company which very innovative in the promotion activity which to maximize the used of social networking media so the authors suggest in Annisa Wedding Organizer to used instagram as a media campaign as a social networking site that is booming today.
