Abstract

The purpose of this research to understand the application of incentives material and a system of granting the incentives, to increase the productivity of employees work in pt nisa maju bersama. The data was obtainded by interviews, kuesioner, and observation about the report of project in period of six years that is in 2009 , 2010 , 2011 , 2012 , 2013 , 2014 . In analyzing, the writer is using a descriptive analysis, quantitative, and to calculate the percentage of the number of answers that used a statistikal approach that describing responden answer. Based on the data is obtained, the results of the average percentage that incentives is given by PT Nisa maju bersama are still lacking. where percentage only 49% of employees who felt it was satisfied with feedback from the company. Based on a percentage of an average incentives material is to increase labor productivity of their staff in PT Nisa Maju Bersama are still not increase labor productivity employees thoroughly. There are still some employees answered disagree as many as 17 % and the answer of stongly disagree as many as 5 % , to increase the employees producivity in work the company should be taken care to material intensive and has to be in accordanceand with performance employees.
