Abstract

The author chose the Bank Sumsel Babel Branch Captain a. Rivai Palembang as a place for data capture on the grounds that the current banking world has attraction to learn and understand banking because it's played an important role in the growth and development of the world economy including in Indonesia. Authors gain knowledge about the procedures, the process of channeling channelling Credit Micro On Bank Sumsel Babel Branch Captain a. Rivai Palembang. Factors that are often encountered in granting loans to prospective borrowers, first-party debtor factor i.e. the age factor and the status and completeness as the location of the place of residence or place of business, which was sometimes not clear often hamper the submission of credits from the customer to the bank. These two factors from the bank that is less promotion and lack of manpower at the credit Bank Sumsel marketing Babel Babel Captain A. Rivai Palembang. On the bright side of the borrowers are aware of the main terms that have been listed on the main requirement before the credit request form then had a fixed business location in order to facilitate the billing process. As for the bank: first to optimize promotion to introduce more Micro business loan (KUM), better known by the public again later for the addition of an employee in the marketing of credit in order to facilitate and accelerate the process of handling the credit.
