Abstract

The garbage box is a very important item in daily living, functioning as a temporary garbage dump. But there are still many people who are still lazy to throw garbage in place because of lack of awareness to maintain their own environment. Therefore awareness to dispose of waste in place should be taught since the children to minumbulkan sense accustomed to dispose of waste in place. But most junk boxes are now unattractive and just mere decorative things. To be able to pull them in the garbage disposal one of them is to combine the garbage box with arduino uno microcontroller technology. Design a junk box system with arduino uno with sound and brown grain as a gift automatically. By the time someone throws the garbage in this garbage box he will get a gift of chocolate grains in return for having dumped the garbage in place. This project aims to get rid of waste in place.
