Purpose of this research is to find out and analyse some item such as Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Marging (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) could influence simultaneously and partial to the Stock’s Price at Property and Real Estate’s Company which Establish at Indonesia Stock Exchange in periode 2009 – 2013. This research use Data Panel to describe the problem. The methode to supporting the research are Descriptive Statistic, Quality Data Test, and Multivariate Regression. The conclusions of this final report show Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously influence the Stock’s Price. Return on Asset (ROA) partially describe negative influence to the Stoct’s Price, Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) didn’t influence the Stock’s Price, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) significantly influece the Stock’s Price. Suggestion for the company’s management should maintain and improveing to manage asset and equity of the company, and net profit also should be ballanced with cost efficiency. For the next research should improve the case and adding some variable for the better research. Keywords: Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio and Stock Price.
